      Getting this error when I hit the configure for a particular user
      https://JENKINS_URL/user/USER/configure

      javax.servlet.ServletException: org.apache.commons.jelly.JellyTagException: jar:file:/var/jenkins_home/plugins/favorite/WEB-INF/lib/favorite.jar!/hudson/plugins/favorite/user/FavoriteUserProperty/config.jelly:4:66: <st:include> No page found '/hudson/plugins/favorite/assets/css.jelly' for class hudson.model.User

      Running on Jenkins Docker using 2.35 (FROM jenkinsci/jenkins).
