One of our Subversion server is located outside of our internal network. The
access to any external network must be routed through our proxy. At the moment,
Hudson cannot access the external Subversion server as it tries to access it
directly.
If the proxy (for plugins) is configured, it must be possible to use it for
accessing any Subversion repository URL, too.
