Xvnc: Clean up before start should only use ports as set in config

      If checkbox "Clean up before start" is set, it kills any processes named Xvnc or Xrealvnc.
      I have an other Xvnc process, not used by Jenkins, and this should not be killed.

      Plugin should only kill processes in range of "Minimum display number" and "Maximum display number".
