Hi everybody,

The "No proxy hosts" variable in the advanced tab of the plugin management screen seems to be ignored.

When i setup my Banche source to be my enterprise Bitbucket repository (inside our network, so before our proxy) the branch indexing jobs fail with an error throw by the proxy.

com.cloudbees.jenkins.plugins.bitbucket.api.BitbucketRequestException: HTTP request error. Status: 503: Service Unavailable.

If i deactivate the proxy in the plugin management, it works fine but then i can not build my application because i do not have a proxy configure.
