Test case standard output should be displayed on Blue Ocean Tests tab

      When using the Junit-plugin with the traditional UI each test's "Standard Output" is displayed if you drill all the way into a failing test. On the Blue Ocean UI, only the "Error" and "Stacktrace" are shown for each failing test. The Output should be displayed on this view as well.

      (first time opening Jenkins issue, forgive me for any incompleteness, just ask me if any further information is needed)
