Need a way to set XCode capabilities

      It's possible to set the capabilities of a project from within XCode, but there's no easy way to do the equivalent from within a Jenkins job. Specifically, I need the ability to set "Push Notifications" to "On", but having control over all the app's capabilities would be even better.
