Include Oracle driver in drop-down list of included drivers

    XMLWordPrintable

Details

    Description

A github fork was created that has this functionality. I've reached out to the developer to see if I can get a Pull Request. If I don't hear from them I'll merge it myself.

The driver jar is available in maven repositories, so including it shouldn't be a big deal (i think).

I was incorrect about the oracle driver being available at maven central. Presumably its absence is due to licensing issues. While this article describes how to use maven to retrieve the driver, it uses a private oracle maven repository.

Regrettably, I'll be closing the issue as "won't fix". Of course, any driver can be made to work with the liquibase runner plugin, provided the plugin is properly configured (i.e. classpath field contains path to jar file and driver classname refers to the driver).
