Not able to retrieve ghprbActualCommitAuthor when commited from Github UI

      Not able to retrieve ghprbActualCommitAuthor when commited from Github UI or any IDE .
      We are able to get the name we commited from git bash .
      Kindly suggest us a solution to this issue
