Incorrect test results localization

      In browsers with EN as more priority language this page is almost correct. If
      national language has more priority ( for example UA or RU ) descriptions of
      test bar hasn't total amount of failures/tests.
      Hudson version - 1.315
      This bug present in FF 3.5.1, IE 7/8, Safari.
