Blue Ocean views should include versions in footer

      This is needed to help the team and support identify what version of Blue Ocean and Jenkins a page might be running.

      In Scope

      • Update the footer so that we have the following format $BO_VERSION $JENKINS_VERSION $COMMIT $BRANCH $BUILD_TIME
      • Only show branch if that information is available

      1.0.0-b17 路 Core 2.7.1 路 c7e4db9 路 19th January 2017 04:32 PM

      It would be much more useful for users and admins alike if the footer included the version of core present.
