This is needed to help the team and support identify what version of Blue Ocean and Jenkins a page might be running.
In Scope
- Update the footer so that we have the following format $BO_VERSION $JENKINS_VERSION $COMMIT $BRANCH $BUILD_TIME
- Only show branch if that information is available
