Hide organization prefix from UI

      It is confusing to have these prefixes in the UI.

      In Scope

      • Hide the organization prefix the Dashboard, Summary and Result screens + anywhere else we display the organization name
        • May need to go through all the screens to find them
      • Use blueocean.organizations.enabled system property to enable/disable them
