Multi-branch pipeline support stopped working

      The new support for multi-branch pipeline builds was working for me just fine. It has recently stopped working. I think it happened when I upgraded Jenkins to 2.32.1. I can set the owner of a multi-branch pipeline job, but the dynamically created branches are all owned by SYSTEM.
