Predefined parameters incompatible with Maven Metadata Plugin for Jenkins CI server

      When specifying predefined parameters in an upstream project:

      *_GROUP_ID
      *_ARTIFACT_ID
      *_VERSION
      *_PACKAGING

      (where * is the configured value in the Maven Metadata Plugin)

      since version 2.23 these values do not propagate to the triggered downstream project, even though the parameter definitions are provided by the Maven Metadata Plugin in the downstream project.
