Title doesn't change when clicking "Pipelines" header link

      Reproduction Steps

      1. Click on a Pipeline in Blue Ocean (e.g. "Infra / plugin-site-api" on ci.jenkins.io)
      2. Click the "Pipelines" link in the header
      3. Note that the page's title has not changed and still shows "plugin-site-api" (see screenshot)
