When viewing the Activity tab for a pipeline, the value for the "Duration" column for builds currently in progress is not accurate. Rather than displaying the total elapsed time, it starts at 0 seconds and begins counting up.

Repro Steps:

• Navigate to the Activity tab for a simple pipeline, or the Branches tab for a multi-branch pipeline
• Initiate a build with a run time of more than 1m
• Navigate to the Activity tab (if not already there)
• Wait until the build has started
• Wait an additional 1m
• Refresh the page in browser

Expected Outcome:

• Duration should be > 1m and counts up

Actual Outcome

• Duration starts at 0 seconds and counts up
