A side effect of the security fix for SECURITY-382 (https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/SECURITY/Jenkins+Security+Advisory+2017-02-01) is that Maven Plugin projects using Maven 3.0.x lose their colored console annotations, instead, they are plain text.
