"Open Blue Ocean" button doesn't work unless the server URL is set correctly

      Ive fielded multiple support requests where the server URL was not the same as the URL Jenkins was accessed from. The "Open Blue Ocean" button seems not to work.

      Is there a way that we can make the button work based on the URL it was accessed from?
