liquibase runner causes 'schema_name()' error when used with jtds

      Liquibase Runner Plugin 1.3.0

      When liquibase-runner has net.sourceforge.jtds.jdbc.Driver as jdbc driver and SQL server, it gives error;

      liquibase.exception.DatabaseException: Error executing SQL select schema_name(): Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'select'.

      This is fixed in liquibase 3.5.3 but liquibase-runner uses liquibase 3.5.1.
