Expose display URLs in environment variables

      • RUN_DISPLAY_URL which links to the run result
      • RUN_CHANGES_DISPLAY_URL which links to the changes page for a run
      • JOB_DISPLAY_URL links to the jobs homepage

          I am using matrix authentication. This seems to work for identified users but not for the anonymous user. If I set my own account to 'Default' I see what I want (classic) when clicking on a link. If I log out and click on the same link I see Blue Ocean.
