New table design to be rolled out across all tables.
Mockups, with and without redlines, plus zeplin links for both Pipeline list (Dashboard) and Pipeline Views tables. Feel free to ask Brody about any other tables that need fit the below rules.
Spacing: 24px on the outside & 32px between each column
Floating: Float left until long column (eg name or message) then the rest float right
Column width: All columns are as wide as the need to be apart from the “long column” which takes up as much width as it can and over flow is truncated with and ellipsis

[JENKINS-41833] Update table design
If it's not too much work, could we also add a "title" attribute to a few of the cells that are likely to get truncated? It's mainly "branch name" that makes me very grumpy as the useful part is always cut off. I was going to do this in master but there's no point with the tables being completely reworked.
