It should be possible to create a build on a multi branch pipeline project using Team Services. Currently it's not possible, probably mainly because the Jenkins integration in the TS requires to choose a build from Jenkins and it branches from the Multi-branch pipeline instead of a whole pipeline (or [all])

dastahel Any idea when this feature could be added? The TFS plugin seems to be really lacking behind with regards to the (Multi-Branch) Pipeline support, in comparison to GIT & Subversion plugins.

Also referring to TFS-plugin pipeline support.

Hi, thank you for using the tfs plugin! Support for Jenkins pipelines was introduced with the 5.126.0 release of the tfs plugin. Please try updating your plugin version to resolve this issue.

While there is currently no option to select TFVC from the branch source drop down in a multibranch pipeline job, you can select Git and enter the URL for your repository. Thanks!

What if your TFS respository is not git-backed.  Does the tfs plugin support multibranch pipeline jobs for a "native" TFS repository?
