Blue Ocean - Button to go between classic and blue ocean view.

      Blue Ocean should have a button to go back to classic view, so user are not stuck on blue ocean UI only. Currently, I have to modify the URL to change the view between blue ocean and classic view.

      I might have missed a button somewhere, please let me know if this already exist.
