The VM Usage param. cannot be changed

      I am trying to set the parameter "Usage" to "Only build jobs with label expressions matching this node" but when save the changes the param. goes back to "Use this node as much as possible"

      This parameter is useAgentAlwaysIfAvail in config.xml
