Status Monitor fails from other views than the main view

      From the default view, "Status Monitor" links to:
      http://<hudson-server>/monitor

      From all other list views, however, "Status Monitor" links to:
      http://<hudson-server>/view/<viewname>/monitor
      which results in a 404 error.
