Project Key only shows in Post Build Action

      Jenkins 2.39 on RHEL 6.4 running on Tomcat 7 on jdk 7

      The Project Key field only shows up for a Post Build Action, but not if I try to use the plugin as a Build Step or a Post Build Step. Since I want to use this to determine whether or not to do a maven deploy in the job, its not functional at all for me.
