Problem:
On build summary page (URL hudson/job/build_number/), section changes there is
visible info about revision number/numbers and svn log message/messages EXCEPT
info about svn user. So I must click on "detail" page for this, it is a bit
annoying if there are many changes in one build.

Expected result:
Just copy the rectangle on "details" page to build summary - section changes,
there is everything needed: revision number, user and commit log. Details page
unchanged (info about file changes). IMHO much better usability
