After upgrading, it appears that the "Never" option for the Rebuild open Merge Requests is broken. As soon as anything is pushed to the source branch for an open merge request, a rebuild occurs automatically even though we have selected "Never". In 1.1.32 this worked fine and blocked the auto rebuild. We have developers used to closing their merge request and opening a new one, but now they are closing the MR that triggered the build. So Jenkins fails attempting to accept the merge request.
