Optional settings (like issueTitle, issueBody) are not optional in Job DSL

      When trying to use GitHub Issues Plugin with the Job DSL, I hit this issue:

      ERROR: (script, line 19) the following options are required and must be specified: issueTitle, issueBody, issueLabel, issueReopen, issueAppend
