ERROR 500: Azure Storage account global configuration is missing.

This is because in 0.3.2, there was a "global" set of credentials gone in 0.3.3 - and this global value is checked in https://github.com/jenkinsci/windows-azure-storage-plugin/blob/master/src/main/java/com/microsoftopentechnologies/windowsazurestorage/AzureBlobAction.java#L102-L105
