Add an 'exclude non trivial rebase' check box

      The gerrit trigger plugin allow us to exclude gerrit event when they occur after a trivial rebase. I'd like to get the exact opposite feature : trigger a job only when it's a trivial rebase. That way I could perform a quicker check on trivial rebase and full check on non trivial updates

      Another way that could help me do this would be to make available in theĀ GERRIT_EVENT_TYPE parameter
