Add an option to customize Pull Request name

      Right now the only possible display name for a Pull Request in Multibranch Pipeline job is PR# - For example: PR-1234

      Adding an option to choose between PR#, PR subject or both could be a good thing to have.

      I'm aware to the tool-tip but it doesn't seem like a good option to me.
