Lenient shutdown plugin doesn't support Pipeline jobs

      Would be great if the Lenient Shutdown Plugin were enhanced to handle Pipeline jobs.  

      I configured a scheduled Pipeline job, expecting it to not start when in lenient quiet-down mode, but it did.
