We have some nexted externals. These are configured on the first folder, for example:

Path: Core URL: /MainRepository/trunk/OneProject/Core

Path: Core/Plugins/Scripts URL: /MainRepository/OtherProject/Scripts

So we have an external Core folder and inside, another external Scripts folder.

When we configure the check-out strategy as "Emulate clean checkout" the workspace sandbox gets broken.

I think Jenkins deletes all the contents in the nested external folder, also the contents inside .svn hidden folder so the repository does not work anymore. The only way to make it work again is doing a new checkout.
