Bitbucket merge don't trigger the target branch

When I merged a pull request, Bitbucket is sending a signal to Jenkins but the target branch don't launch a new build.

I don't know if this plugin implementing this behavior or if something isn't working well.

I want to build the target branch because it may have a different environment that is required for my workflow.

We a started seeing this randomly on some projects where it would be instant everywhere else but take 4 hours maybe 8 sometimes. We are hoping to dive into it more in the next couple days.

It wasn't a bitbucket-branch-source-plugin issue. It was a problem with the Bitbucket Server hook plugin and it was solved on the latest release.
So, it was not a defect.
