If I run a build that finds matching defects, and I have the "Fail the build if matching defects are found" option checked, those matching defects will not be published to the build # page, and the Coverity Defects chart on the main job page will not be updated with defects from the build.  If the "Fail the build if matching defects are found" option is not checked, then the defects are published and the defects chart is updated as expected.

This used to work properly in Coverity Plugin 1.7.3, so it seems this is a regression in Coverity Plugin 1.9.0.
