In some cases, it would help to allow the approvers parameter to be set using a build parameter or upstream build parameter. Scenarios, where same approvers are not applicable can be mitigated by allowing the list of approvers to be set dynamically - possibly by allowing choice parameter or active choice parameters in the approvers section/input.
