wrong timezone in config

      Platform: PC, OS: Linux

      The timestamp on builds is off by 1 hour. The systeminfo on the hudson server
      has the following entry:
      user.timezone GMT-06:00

      Currently the timezone for the server is
      Central time zone
      Coordinated Universal Time -5 hours
      Daylight Saving Time

      1. Can the timezone be updated manually?
      2. Is there a fix for the timezone setting.
