"Show all" in addition to "Show More" in Blue Ocean Pipeline view

      For teams who have many, many pipelines, it would be nice to be able to click on a "show all" button in addition to the "show more" button.

          We cannot offer a "show all" button as there is an unbounded amount of jobs on any system. Querying and displaying jobs in this manner is provably slow. However, we will be offering a fast job search as part of JENKINS-38982 which is designed for this particular use case (accessing a known job).
