I have a job which has become stuck, and can not be killed, deleted, or cancelled.

Worse, it also survives restart.  I can not find any way to delete or kill this job.

I am attaching a gif of my attempts.  The job has been running for 4 days, and has survived multiple restarts of the jenkins server. 

I can not find any mention of this job in the logs, so didn't include those.

I'm not sure what to provide, but did include a gif of me trying and failing to kill the job. 

I am happy to take any steps to assist in debugging this issue, but not sure what to do next.
