If you have a non default font size specified then BO does not scale appropriately.

in chrome -> settings font -> very large (or custom and set to 28pt for an exagerated showing of what is wrong...)

The size of the links in the headers seems to be hard coded, and padding seems to be hard coded to use px everwhyere rather than em.

The only place that px should ever be used is for image sizes
