Pin the flow graph to the top of the viewport for long scrolls

      When clicking through to a Pipeline run that has an excessively long "Shell script" step output, it can be a pain to get back up to the top of the viewport just to navigate to another stage. Additionally, if you navigate away from the page, when you come back it's hard to tell what you're looking at without bouncing up to the top of the page and then returning to the bottom.

      At the minimum, pinning the topnav element would be helpful, see sample-app-fixed.png

       

       

      What would even be better than that though, would be showing a smaller version (vertically comperssed) of the pipeline flow with that topnav bar. That way I could easily jump to other stages too

          rtyler yes, we've been planning to fix this for a while now but ran out of time in 1.0 to do it.

          We are tracking this general problem at JENKINS-35864 and have a proposed design for it. Please watch that ticket instead.
