Developer should get feedback when declarative is pulling a docker image

      Problem
      When Declarative is pulling down an agent docker image there is no feedback in Blue Ocean to say that it is doing this.

      Notes
      Blue Ocean now displays causeOfBlockage if that is available. Is that feasible to do in this case?

          So the problem here is that Blue Ocean doesn't display anything happening in the synthetic stages, and the docker image pull is happening in the Declarative: Agent Setup synthetic stage. If you had it on an individual stage, you'd see the pull, I believe.

          abayer vivek I wonder if we are in the synthetic stage phase of execution, if we could just show the steps on the "Start" node?
