Possibility to define max tries to start a clone

      vSphere Cloud Plugin 2.1.5

      If the plugin fails to start a clone it repeats the start indefinitely.

      This may lead to hundreds of configured "zombie" nodes in Jenkins.

      It would be great if the maximum number of attempts to start a clone would be configurable.

      If the number is reached without succeeding to start a clone the build should be considered as failed.
