VMs don't reconnect after restart

      If a VM is disconnected for some reason, I'd like it to reconnect automatically. This includes if I shut it down and then bring it back up. But it seems that the vSphere cloud "forgets" about the VM after it's shutdown for any reason, thus losing the link to the cloud.

          We're having the same issue in our QA environment. Are there plans to fix this in the future? We like the vsphere-cloud plugin but this issue prevents us from using it in our pipeline...
