When no BFA cause for a build failure is detected, the Description field is blank and editable. When a cause IS detected, the Description field is still blank and editable, and the cause is not pre-selected in the BFA claim dialog, nor is the Associated description shown.
I propose that the Error drop-down of BFA causes be set to the last detected Error, with the Description field set to the corresponding BFA cause description. The description box can be left editable, in case the user wants to edit the specific case. There is no separate need for the Reason box.

The reason I'm reporting this issue is that our developers are constantly typing the description of the failure into the 'Description' box. Having both Description and Reason text boxes causes confusion which is avoidable. If the above proposal can be implemented, assigning a claim would be a simple matter of selecting the assignee.
