SCM plugin: PlasticSCM Plugin

In a pipeline project, when selecting "Pipeline script from SCM", the SCM configuration is lost when the configuration is re-opened.

Please find the initial configuration in the attached inital_config.png

After saving the configuration the jop can be run.

When opening the job configuration again, the SCM combobox is empty, as shown in attached error.png.
