Loading dashboard takes long time and shows "blank" page in between

      Requesting https://ci.blueocean.io/blue/pipelines/ takes very long and shows blank page in between loading. Investigate the reason for the "slowness" and find workarounds for the blank screen when the loading bar stops displaying.
