Add option to reload page after scanning for branches if new branches were found

      When I click "Scan Multibranch Pipeline Now" in the left side navigation bar, the scan starts.

      As a user I want to be able to set a global option so that it reloads the page after new branches were found so I can see the immediately.

      This should be configureable per user.
