BlueOcean organization root ItemGroup not taken into account for Links and fullName on the API

      When you have a Blue Ocean organization on an ItemGroup different than root Jenkins, the display names on the pipeline list are being displayed correctly after JENKINS-44176, but the fullNames used to build the links and the _links returned by the API are still referencing Jenkins root, causing failures when clicking them.
